PV1-F German Standard TUV Photovoltaic Cable

Single-core flexible cable (flexible wire) for use on the DC side of PV systems with a maximum allowable voltage of 1.8 kV DC (conductor-conductor, ungrounded systems). The cables are suitable for use in Safety Class ll. These cables are allowed to be c onnected in a multi-structural manner. The cable is designed for operation at room temperature up to 90°C.

The Technology Center's General Manager, Mr.Chuyang Xia, provided a detailed overview of upcoming product improvements, including the launch of an powering-storage integrated machine, research and development of high-voltage, high-current, and small-volume electronic components, new product series for EV chargers and special cables, enhancements to the international certification system, and carbon footprint and carbon label certification of products.

 

 

Mr. Kevin Wang, Sales Directors of International Trade, presented an insightful exposition on Suntree’s international market layout for 2024. During the exhibition, Suntree showcased a range of comprehensive solutions designed for diverse electrical systems. Our latest offerings, including the all-in-one machine and high-quality cables, were designed to meet the growing needs of photovoltaic systems, energy storage, EV charging, and various commercial and industrial applications. How to choose suitable PV Accessories?

PV Accessories are auxiliary components in photovoltaic power generation systems, which are of great significance to ensure the efficient operation, stability and safety of the system. Common photovoltaic accessories include photovoltaic brackets, which are used to support and fix photovoltaic modules to receive sunlight at the best angle; cables and connectors, which connect various electrical equipment to transmit power; inverters, which convert DC power into AC power; distribution boxes, which distribute and protect power; grounding devices, which ensure safe grounding of the system; monitoring equipment, which monitors system performance for timely maintenance. These accessories work together to ensure the smooth operation of the photovoltaic system.

 

Choosing suitable PV Accessories can be considered from the following aspects:

 

1. Photovoltaic bracket


Material: Common ones are aluminum alloy and galvanized steel. Aluminum alloy brackets are light and corrosion-resistant, but the cost is relatively high; galvanized steel brackets are high in strength and low in cost, but they need to be treated with anti-corrosion. 4. Distribution box
